Hi and welcome to The Daily Champion, I'm thrilled to be your guide through this 6-Week Functional Training Program for Beginners. With 8 years of personal training experience under my belt, I've had the privilege of helping hundreds of individuals transform their fitness, health, and overall well-being.

 My journey in the fitness industry began with a passion for movement and a deep desire to empower others to achieve their full potential. Over the years, I’ve honed my skills across a variety of disciplines, but my heart lies in functional training—an approach that not only builds strength but also enhances your ability to perform everyday activities with ease and confidence.

 For the past 5 years, I've specialized in programming for CrossFit affiliates across Europe and Asia. Working with diverse communities in different parts of the world has given me unique insights into how to tailor workouts to meet the needs of individuals from all walks of life. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, I've developed this program with you in mind, ensuring it's accessible, challenging, and, most importantly, effective.

 I've also had the honor of coaching some of the world's top athletes, including members of the UK Skateboard Team, the Dutch Field Hockey Team as well as the national Philippine Surf Team. These experiences have shaped my approach to training, emphasizing the importance of functional movement, injury prevention, and mental resilience. I’ve seen firsthand how the right training can lead to extraordinary achievements, both on and off the field.

 My mission is simple: to help you become the strongest, healthiest, and most confident version of yourself. This program is designed to challenge you, motivate you, and, ultimately, transform you.
